National Association of Realtors Racketeering? Why you can't practice Real Estate without paying NAR, PMAR, OAR

What the hell is this?

In order to practice Real Estate I need to pay,

Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors
Oregon Association of Realtors
National Association of Realtors
Realtor Multiple Listing Service

I have never in 8 years received anything else than a bill from,
Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors ( PMAR )
Oregon Association of Realtors  ( OAR )
National Association of Realtors ( NAR )

Not even a Realtor pin.

What Law allows them to force you out of business if you do not pay them?

If RMLS is a non-profit organization. Where do all our fees go???
If RMLS is a nonprofit organization, why can't licensed Real Estate agents belong without paying NAR, OAR, PMAR and you monkey's uncle..

Some say NAR, OAR and PMAR are running a racket.
Racketeering is a serious charge.

I must admit that since I perceive zero value in the services of NAR, OAR and PMAR I feel like I am being blackmailed into paying them over $500 dollars.

If I offered you a service and than invented three separate companies that each demanded more fees from you,  would you pay them?

Now what if I then told you that unless you pay everyone in line you cannot practice your profession because even though I'm a nonprofit organization which charges you a fee, unless you pay all my brothers separate fees, I will cut you off!
Hardship?
Blackmail?
Racketeering?

I don't know what the Answer is. I do feel that what the National Association of Realtors, Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors are doing is not right.

Next we will have a County Association of Realtors and a Bob's Association of Realtors.

When is this Robbery going to stop??
